The purpose of the 51±¬ÁÏÍø Library Reading Program is to promote reading for enlightenment, pleasure, and growth and to share the wonderful resources available at your library.

word of the day

Welcome a new word into your vocabulary each Wednesday at the library.Ìý Everyone who plays wins free candy, along with a card showing the word and its definition.

To play:

1. Look up that day’s word in one of our dictionaries.
2. Share the definition with library staff at the Reference Desk.Ìý

ÌýStudents can also enter a drawing for free coffee. The winner is notified the next day.
